Open Multiple Homepages in Firefox by eckert

Want to open Firefox and have all the sites you visit open automatically in tabs?

I knew Chrome could do this, but didn’t realize Firefox had this until today.

The easiest way is to just open whichever pages you want in tabs. Go to “Tools” and then “Options” and under the “General” tab it has the options to set the homepage. Click the button that reads, “Use Current Pages”.

Done*.

If you want to just add another site to your homepage list or enjoy typing things in manually, just separate your URLs with | and it will work the same.

*WARNING – if you use the HOME button in Firefox, this option is not great because it will open all your homepages when you click it. If you don’t use this button often, then it might be fine.

A better option for you might be to make a Bookmarks Toolbar Folder. Just click on your Bookmarks Toolbar, select New Folder and then drag your bookmarks into that folder. Now you can right-click this folder and select to “Open All in Tabs”.
